Okay Okay Okay!!!!!

I it has been a while...but this is a long journey and yes, I detoured...I know...I know....but you know what, food taste so gosh darn good....and exercise, well, you know, it is just is exercise.

I can really give myself a hard time about this or I can just say I will begin again....soon....maybe today....honestly, probably not, but tomorrow...YES!!!

Actually, we kind of started yesterday at the store....only fresh fruits and vegetables, lean cuisine's.

I really need to start drinking water. I have my doctor's appointment next month. I didn't reach my goal. I guess that just means I need to make a new goal and begin again!

This time, I am going to try to learn about blogging and finding out I can find others who are going through this so I can find some kind of support system....maybe, hopefully, that will help...maybe we can inspire one another!

Well you found your support group. We're here for you! Just give me the amount of weight you lost since January and if you lost anything this week. Post it in the comments on "Dieting is Not a Piece of Cake" and then get busy and eat right. Also give me the amount of weight you need to lose to be to goal. Weigh in is every Tuesday and we have contests with monthly winners. Come on over and leave your data! Im so happy you decided to join us! You can do this girl!

I think what really made me stick with it was when I stopped looking at this like an all or nothing venture. Its a long process of learning new habits to last a life time. We don't just go on a diet and get to goal and then quit exercising and go back to eating the junk food.

Once you stop look at it as all or nothing, when you look at it as a lifestyle, as a CHOICE it makes all the difference in the world.

Hang in there, you can do this!
